What is the constant variable in a distance to time relatonship:
For example as the time in a timer elapses, a car travels more distance. What is the constant variable in here?

The speed of the car is the constant variable. Your teacher probally gave you some speed for the car. that number is the answer. If there is no speed given then the answer is just "speed" or more corectly "velocity"
