Did one of the color tubes blow-up? Once my monitor turned green- I had to take it to be repaired.

What does 'changed all its colors mean' exactly? Does it appear that there is a red or a green or a blue haze on top of everything? If so (and its a CRT instead of an LCD) you've lost one of your guns. Chances are its just a broken solder joint and can be fixed at a repair shop fairly cheaply. If you mean something else you'll have to be more specific.

Id check the connection between the computer and monitor, lose conections will make the monitor change hue. If that isent it check its color alignments, usualy exsesable on the front of the monitor. If neither on these work your monitur may just be old and a bit mucked up.

2 easy things to check before going crazy:
1. Check to make sure the cable between the monitor and the computer is tightly secure on both ends. If it comes loose sometimes part of the RGB color spectrum can be affected.
2. Check your color settings. Maybe some "friend" or mischievious sprite was fooling with your color settings.

not neccessarily a virus
things like this may be caused by a number of things as the others said the easiest way to fix this would be take it into a qualified MONITOR technician and make sure that they are qualified in the repairs of monitors as not all computer technicains are allowed to repair monitors

The wire in mine has a short in it, and if I bend it, sometimes the colors come back to normal. Also, make sure the plug is in all the way where it connects to the computer.
