You make acronyms out of words. For example, SPLATT stands for Stop PLATe Tectonics..

However, I assume that you are using metric measurements and prefixes. (with an error 'da')

kilo 1000
hecto 100
deca 10
meter
liter
gram
deci (1/10)
centi (1/100)
milli (1/000)

An acronym is a word formed from the initial letter or letters of each of the successive parts or major parts of a compound term; also : an abbreviation (as FBI) formed from initial letters Federal Bureau of Investigation. So.... you can't make an acronym from some random letters. Perhaps you're asking for an anagram, in which the letters are rearranged to form another word or phrase?
