I heard that if you use breast milk from a breasfeeding mother and place it on a cotton and apply it to your face one would have a nicer look is this true? or is it false information?

Well milk in general is good for the skin - Cleopatra bathed in it. I do know some militant nursing mothers who hand their breast milk out to everyone in the deluded belief it cures everything from warts to IBS to the common cold, so good luck with that one.

Well I know it contains a lot of vitamine D, which is the vitamine that makes you tan. But I doubt it will make any difference if you apply it to your skin.
And it is kind of hard to obtain. =P So...I guess you are better buying something from the store.

No, it's not true. Breast milk has nutrients in it, but it has no cleansing or exfoliating properties. It may even clog pores and cause blemishes. You'd be better off buying a nutrient-dense, oil-free moisturizer for your skin (Clinque and Lancome both offer good products).

It may be true because I heard that a newborn babies urine in their diaper and washing your face was also good for your complexion.
