she is so pathetic, she follows me around and tries to impress me by singing (shes a bad singer) and sucking up to me constantly. she once told me she was in love with me and she wants me to be her woman. she is really unintellegent and im always having to show her how to do the most simple tasks. how can i let her know that she is p*ssing me off big time? ive been blantently rude to her face and she still doesnt get it.

well, im not self-centred. i actually have talked to her - ive told her i only like her as someone i work with, not a potential romantic partner. i was honest with her. but she just keeps on and on at me where it gets to the point that i have to be rude to her to try to make her understand. but even still, that does not get through to her.

How arrogant and crude you sound. Being rude to this girl is neither effective nor honest on your part.
I think you really need to do some self-evaluation. It sounds as if you have an inflated self-image. If you're so much smarter than this girl, why are you treating her in such an ignorant and dishonest manner?
You could be honest and direct in explaining your lack of interest without being rude or hurtful. Do you expect others to read your mind or know your feelings without you specifically saying what you think or how you feel? Do you NOT KNOW how to express your thoughts and feelings except in an uncaring and hurtful way?
It sounds to me as if this girl is actually smater than you give her credit for. Shouldn't you consider it a compliment that she finds you interesting and attractive? At the very least, she seems to be a much more caring person than you.

Ignore it hunni. She sounds like a doll.
I work at a restaurant known for it's lesbians, and last night a bunch of highway patrolmen came in. We were dead slow, so me, another lesbian, and one of the lesbians sisters went out into the dining room and sang "you are my sunshine" to them. They thought it was adorable. Give her a chance.
Oh, and maybe the reason you have to show her simple tasks is not because she can't do them, but because she wants you to pay attention to her.
And at no point do you say you've told her you are absolutely, hopeless uninterested in her. That would be more mature than being rude to her.
