Beethoven, especially the 9th. I love the one Leonard Bernstein did at the Berlin Wall, substituting the word "Freedom" for "Joy" in the Ode. It is superb!

Sergei Prokofiev.
He's not really a "Classic" composer, that would be somebody like Hayden, but I like post -1900s composers the best. I would also include Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Debussy, Liszt and Beethoven. And many others.

There are really great composers and it is so hard to pick just one...I mean how do you pick between the genius such as... Handel, Rossini, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Bach, Brahms, and Chopin...I suppose if I have to pick one, it would be, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart...
The movie is awesome and funny...you should watch it. Just titled Amadeus. It is the one with Tom Hulce.

Beethoven...deaf but didn't stop him to be one of the greatest composers of all time. Feeling just the vibrations of the notes and converting that into timeless masterpieces is TRUE talent.
