When you press the throttle it lunges and pops then takes off and runs fine. It's only when you first hit the gas.It almost feels like somethings slipping.Put a new belt on didn't make a difference. It only has 325 miles. Thanks for any help.

From your description, it sounds like the CVT clutch is sticking.
-Remove the belt cover.
-Jack up the rear wheels (or put the quad on a milk crate).
-Start the motor and put a little resistance on the rear brake (not enough to lock the brakes. Just enough to make the quad think it's on the ground).
-Press the throttle.
-Can you see if the clutch is jerking?
-Clean it, smooth any rough spots on the spindle with scotch brite, WD-40 (sparingly - don't get any on the belt), pull the sheves apart to make sure of smooth operation.
