need to know where electric comes from to feed fuel pump relay switch. cars runs by tripping switch manualy. So there is no electricty getting to it. why?

The anti-theft system disables the fuel pump if it thinks you are trying to steal the car.
GM calls it Passlock or Passkey depending on the system.
If the security system is shutting off the power to the fuel pump, and you are using the right key...try the spare key...if still no luck, you'll probably needto see a Pontiac dealer's service department to install a new module and reporgram it.
Very few private shops have the computers (or the necessary connections to GM's service programming system) necessary to do that.

In addition to the above advise, there is also on many G.M. cars a fuel pump interrupt at the oil pressure sender. If there is no oil pressure, why would you want it to run and burn up? So the strategy is to disable the fuel pump when no oil pressure is detected.
The oil pressure interrupt is controlled through the PCM, and the PCM GROUNDS the fuel pump relay. It does not control the POWER side of the circuit. This is true for the PATS or VATS (security) system as well.

is the security light blinking if yes try a differnt key if that doesent help turn on ignition for 11 mioniuts thain turn off thain re start

its part of the anty theft system and you cannot by pass it sorry
