Brian earns twice as much each week as a tutor than he does pumping gas. His total weekly wages are $150.00 more than that of his younger sister. She earns 1/4 as much as Brian does as a tutor. How much does Brian earn as a tutor.
I need this in a chart format like this

sister | _____ |______|

t = tutor
p = pumping gas
y = younger sister total wages

t=2p
total wages = t+p

b = brian's total weekly wages
b=y+150

y=t/4

b=t/4+150=t+p=t+t/2
t/4+150=3t/2=6t/4
150=5t/4
30=t/4
120=t
p=60
y=30

Problem 2:
M=Mona total income
B=brother's total income
m=a+w
m=b+40000
a=actuary
w=writer
a=3w
b=a/2

m=a+a/3=4a/3
m=a/2+40000

4a/3=a/2+40000

8a/6-3a/6=40000
5a/6=40000
a/6=8000
a=48000
w=16000
m=64000
b=24000

tutor/ gas/ total
brian- $100/$50/ $150 2p+1p= 3p
150/3p
p= 50
2p/ p / total

sis- 1/4 of $100 = $25

Mona- Actuary/ writer/ total
3p / 1p / total 3p+1p= 4p
40,000/4
p= 10,000
$ 30,000- $10,000- 40,000

Brother- 1/2 of $30,000 = $15,000
