radio antennae, tv antennae, high tension wires, like the ones on those big towers over the highways.. water towers, skyscrapers.
but, most of those don't really fall onto a TOPO map, cause those are manmade.. usually, you'd see that on an air hazard map for air navigation..
as for artificial mountains, there's this mountain in VA, in the Portsmouth area, called Mt. Trashmore, which is actually a mountain made of trash over a landfill..
