My computer monitor, especifically my screen is moving, i mean like beating! and it really annoys me. I want to know what can I do about it. Is it a sign that my monitor will fail down? PLEASE HELP!!!!

check your cable, is it loose? try unplug and replug in.
you may want to update your display card's driver, get the lastest one from the manufacturer's website.

Check you monitor's power and signal cable, update your display driver. Oh I forgot to tell you the simplest thing, change your monitors refresh rate to a higher one, 75Hz is OK.
Look's like your monitor might fail down.

Hi. Check to make sure there is no transformer or fluorescent light fixture near the monitor.
