This sounds a lot like a homework question. Sounds like you might have to make a leaf collection for a school project. In any event, there is lots of information available on the internet. A Yahoo search for "tree identification" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 314,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek. There are several sites on just the first page of results that will fill the bill.

Good luck with your search.
