How do you know or reset you i pod nanos password?
My volume has been locked and i don't remember my password!

I know how to do this, to unlock your iPod Nano, connect the iPod to the computer that you use it with, the computer you have it synced to basically. It'll open iTunes, then disconnect the iPod from the computer, and your iPod nano should be back to normal, goodluck!

Plug it into the computer you use with it, wait for it to sync in Itunes than eject it. Now go to lock with out enabling it try to change the password or just don't enable it. IF all else fails restore with the Ipod updater or the update screen in Itunes 7.

The only way to unlock the Screen Lock without the password is to connect it to your computer, where it is automatically turned off.
;-D Of course if it is not your Nano, you will lose all the songs on it.

The best way to fix this problem is to restore your ipod to its original factory settings. Just have itunes(7) opened to the screen where it displays your iPod and stuff. Then just click on the big gray button that says restore. Of course, all your songs and stuff will be removed, but that shouldnt be an issue.

take it to an apple store or go online apple you know apple makes the ipod yea so go on their website and call them and ask them.
