Dude you're a guy... I get those too, massive massive ones especially after like skateboarding or something!!!
Girls tend to like it, if you are really worried about it, lift weights and build some muscle, then the girls will REALLY love it!!!!!!!!

i think wen ur veins show, den u dont have as much meat on u. if u gain a little weight, then they shouldnt be too visible....or maybe ur just pale?
