Can you get all 150 Standard Battle Chips in Megaman Battle Network 4 Blue Moon?

I was wondering, is it possible to get all 150 of the standard chips in Battle Network 4: Blue Moon without having to trade with a person with the Red Sun game?

Yes it is. I've obtain Standard Complete, Mega Complete, and Giga Complete, without touching Red Sun. It's no where close to easy and I'm still trying to get Program Advance Complete.
