how do i not eat and not be miserable all day? please dont put please dont be anorexic or anything rude b/c not eating is the only way to lose weight these days and i know b/c i have tried trust me. please help!

Not eating puts your body into starvation mode, which makes your body hang onto every calorie, in case no more are coming your way. That makes you gain more weight. This is a stupid decision, and you really need to go see a doctor about weight loss.

Why did you choose not to eat at all? Diets are never the way to go. I hate diets and don't do them because they are only a temporary change. What you really need to do is a lifestyle change. You need to look at all the crap in your pantry or fridge, and throw it out. Start shopping for food that has ingredients you can pronounce and know. Fresh fruits and vegetables are key, and NO FAST FOOD! All you have to do is watch "Super-size Me" to stop eating the stuff, it's disgusting and scary. If you aren't willing to do that, then forget about losing weight, because all that will happen is that you will either starve yourself to ill health, or just gain the weight all back. I threw out all my over processed food, stopped eating fast food and exercise 4 times a week for an hour and I feel great now. But my husband and I only did that because we found out he had dangerous health problems that could shorten his life dramatically if we didn't change. I hope this doesn't happen to you in order for you to change. Good luck, and I hope you're strong enough to change.

Drink a lot of water to get rid of the hungry feeling. Take advil every four hours to get rid of the headache. You really should eat breakfast though. It helps you not get hungry as fast early on in your day. I've tried every diet known to man, and honestly, eating breakfast has truly helped me lose weight as opposed to not eating it, then snacking too much. You can't starve yourself because your body will send signals to store all the fat you have in order to keep you functioning everyday, therefore, you won't lose weight, you'll maintain what you have.

Eat small meals more times a day - honestly it ups your energy and if you do it right you really do lose weight. There is a program and I will send the link - if you can stick to it - yes it takes some effort, it will work. Key is cardio as well (if you really want to lose weight you will do it and see results) plus you'll feel tonnes better!

you need to eat, im not trying ot sound rude if i am its just if you dont eat and evry once in while u do your body will store the fat and u will gain weight. Stick to a low calorie diet instead or do sumtihng simple like wieght watcher online even though it costs sum money. if u dont like those just eat lots of healthy food

A good way to eat less, in my experience, is to make the food you do eat really count. By eating foods high in fiber, your meals last longer. And "fiber" sounds gross, but I eat alot of fruit, and it really makes the meal last longer. Make sure to eat some fruit with at least 2 meals. I'm not an expert, it just works for me.

drink a lot of water and tic tacs are good XP... and get out of the house/kitchen and get a hobby (jogging for example) to keep your mind off of food. remember keeping up with this for more than just a few days could present some serious problems.

Try eating more protein when you do eat because it will fill you up better as opposed to carbohydrates. Also,make sure you drink plently of water because it helps you feel like you're full.

You don't want us to be rude but you're asking us how you can go without eating. Sounds to me you have an eating disorder and you are in denial.

you're wrong! There are loads of other ways to lose weight. But exersize. I know it sounds stupid but when you exersize you get endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Plus you get a work out!
