What do you look for in a prom or formal party dress? I am working some designs for dresses. Do you prefer long, short, show off the curves or leave a little to the imagination? How much would you be willing to pay for a dress that was designed and handmade especially for you?

well, coming from orange county (NOT THE OC!!!!!!! THEY FILM IN FREAKIN MALIBU FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!!!!!!!) i love a short dress. one tyhat goes to the knee, but is cut off really curt. i do like the ones that are short in front and long in back, but i'm not the biggest fan of them. i also love turquise-ey blue-ish colors. pinks are also good. too many people wear black and red. whatever happend to ALL the colors of the rainbow? i also love oranges, and silk, or something shiny! bright colors are the way to go!!!!! also, dresses that are "Cinched" on the sides or in the middle to create the ripple effect are great for diguising tummy bulges!!, add some diamonds and your good to go!!! i also love dresses that are affordable. i do go to a private school, but that doesn't mean i have money. if it was handmade i would probably pay more, depending on how good the dress is.

I'm from Ohio, but i'm 19 and live here in SoCal. My hubby is a Marine and I would have loved to have a dress made especially for me for the Marine Corps. ball!!! Anyways, to me if it's a formal occassion it should be long, although I know it's kind of trendy to wear shorter. As for the style, some girls I think would go for a more modest look, but I like a more vuluptuous, sexy look. Not revealing, but form-fitting.... Showing off curves in all the right places, so to speak. I like an hourglass silhouette. And I love red.
Moneywise, I would pay more for a dress especially made for me rather than one bought off the rack. Depending on the quality and materials used, probably around 250-600.

I think shorter dresses are in now, with more flare at the bottom and a fitting shape on the waste. I would probably spend 200-300, especially if it was handmade and could be fitted to me. Also, if it's more distinct- I think that would make it even better.

McDonald's can no longer get replaced. constructive there meals is of questionable high quality, yet damn no count if that's no longer scrumptious. while Mickey D's sees a competitor as a threat they strengthen a clean menu merchandise to entice back purchasers. think of of the iced coffee marketing campaign, angus beef burgers, and now this new southern chicken sandwich. McDonalds has a ringer - the fries. for many, consisting of myself, there is none greater effective than McDonalds fries. as long as they strengthen comprable menu products the fries will convey human beings back to McDonalds each time.
