My hubby and I are trying to add a new bundle of joy into our lives. My period was suppose to start on Tuesday but showed up on Saturday afternoon. It was a different period. Not really going to go into alot of detail here. They usually last 4-5 days and are pretty heavy. This was heavy then light and is already over ( 2 days later) When I went to the bathroom this evening I desided to take the HPT I was planing on taking ( walmart brand.) It was +!! How is that possible?! Could I be pregnant? It was alot more than just some spotting. Thank you for reading this.

Hey just a update. I took another HPT this morning. It is a different brand and it is +! I am so excited I am shaking. I so hope this is not just a bunch of False Positives!!!

It seems like you could be pregnant to me. Try taking another test. If it comes out positive, I would have a doctor verifiy it for you. Mention the period when you go as well. They may want to watch that. Sometimes you can have you period for a few months even while you are pregnant, but this can be dangerous as well, and should be monitored by a doc.

Actually, the HPTs are quite acurate. It is NOT uncommon to have a flow once or even twice at the beginning of a pregnancy. Congratulations!

Try a second test and if that comes back positive then go verify it with the doc...

Congratulations!!!!!!! Pregnancy tests usually don't say + if their not. I would recommend you go to the doctor anyway. Good luck!
