6,000+3,000=9,000 or 6,235+2,505= 8,740 estimated equal 9,000

i dont quite see the point of this question.

6235 is approx 6200
2505 is approx 2500

therefore adding them together you'd get approx 8700.

howeveer, adding these two numbers isnt very hard, its clearly 8740
