He stands there
Alone in the cold morining sun
His legs frow tired of running
His mind weakend from wondering
And his eyes fatigued of watching
He stands on two paths
One leads to nowhere
One leads to everywhere
The will to move is there
But the action is absent
Sweat from his brow falls into his eyes
He feels its burn but it does not faze him
His head is light from lack of sleep
And his heart is overburden with sorry and mistakes
The path behind him is gone
It has disapeared along with his awareness of where he is
Silence surronds him
He sits there alone
And he thinks
He thinks of who he is
Who he was
And who he's going to be
Silence is broken by afternoon winds and calls of ravens
Suddenly he stands
His time of thinking is done
His time to act is now
His path is chosen
His nerves calmed
And his mind settled
He moves tot he path to the right
Even though e does not know it, his path is unclear
Great riches may await him
Or death may great him.
This is his story
His day is now .

Intrigueing. Why does he become calm if the path to the right is marked by "great uncertainty"? What changed while he was standing there recovering from the morning run ? What is the inspiration/motivation for the poem and would you be interested in expanding the vocabulary just a bit ? Contnue !

Excellent poem. Now I don't know art but I know what I like.

Which was the path to the right? The one to everywhere or nowhere, or was it meant to be ambigous?

Well I think it is just really really good. You have talent. The flow of the images here created such a sombre, but delicate picture of the personality that you were helping us to see take shape right before our eyes. It is well done and I encourage you to keep writing.
