The first one. I've seen it at least three times, and I've downloaded it. Oops. Maybe I shouldn't have typed that last part. The second wasn't bad, just not as good. I'm still tuning in for the last one, of course. Orlando looks so hot as Will Turner, almost more than as Legolas. Of course, that's not the only reason I like the movies- Johnny Depp too. And the plot- and every one else in the movie- that includes you, Keira.

The Curse of the Black Pearl. Dead Man's Chest was fantastic, but it seemed like more of a Saturday afternoon popcorn movie then the first one. The first one had so many memorable scenes, so many quotable lines, and so much sheer entertainment value that I think it will wind up as the best when all is said and done.

The 1st. The rum scene was highly memorable. Performances were great and Johnny Depp wasn't less than spectacular.

both were awesome, the 1st had a better story line while the 2nd one ended w/ 3 or 4 plots going on (will trying to save his dad, jack trying to escape from davy jones & the kracken, everyone trying to get jones' heart, etc.)

I think Johny Depp kinda over-acted in the second movie. So I'd have to say the first one.
