What kind of medication is good for migraine beside tylenol ?

my friend have a migraine and he can not take tylenol.

Ibuprofin. Don't use excedrine migrain, it has acetaminophen in it (tylenol) Advil Liquid gels are good because they are absorbed quickly into the bloodstream. You can safely take up to 600 mg of ibuprofin, although it says 1 on the box, its ok to take three, but no more. 600mg is a orescription dose but if he has a bad migrain now, he can take 3. If after a few hours its not better he may need a different type of medication and should go to the hospital. Migrains can be a sign of other illnesses

Midol!!!!! It is a miracle pill for headaches, even in men.
