I've seen cars with the tail lights colored black, just as dark as thier paint. but when they hit the brakes it turns red like if it were any normal tail light.

I've also seen this on the parking lights and blinkers too.

How do they get thier lights to be black like that??

Its called Nightshade, its like spray paint. The more coats you put on it the darker the lenses will become. Black outs work too but dont look as good.

If you check ebay they might have the parking lights and blinkers for your car in black. If not they say a special kind of spraypaint that you use on tail lights to make them black. Check local laws it might be illegal.

there is any such undertaking as sparkling black paint yet its confusing to discover. Its ordinarily available for custom paint shops. Its a lighter paint base so it sounds like tint. it is incredibly helpful to examine the legality of tinting back lights or you would be able to shop getting pulled over and fined for them.

You can always buy a can of black spray paint! Just kidding, of course. They sell kits for this purpose. Check it out at your local auto parts dealer.

They install "black outs" available at almost any auto parts accessory location (there are several brands on the market)...However, believe it or not, they are actually illegal for on road use in most states
