It means UTI -urinary tract infectio, very common in women.

White blood cells in the urine suggests an urinary tract infection. White blood cells are part of the body's immune system. They are generally created in large quantities when the body is infected with a bacteria. There are other elements if found in the urine are indicative of an urinary tract infection (UTI).
1. White blood cells
2. Leuko esterase - an enzyme produced by white blood cells.
3. Nitrates - a common chemical produced by certain bacteria.
The presence of all 3 is highly suggestive of UTI, the presence of 2 is moderately suggestive and the presence of only 1 is a big "Maybe."

It usually a sign of an infection some kind of infection. But alot of women had this and my not have an infection it could be normal for you it depends on the person. you should talk to your doctor and be tested for infections to find out for sure.
