Everyone has a purpose in this life, even if they cannot see it at that specific moment. You simply have to continue to grow, and learn, and prepare yourself to be the best person you can be.

And when your purpose comes to light, you will be ready to handle it like a pro. Each person's purpose is different, and it is not something that anyone else can help you with.

Always live your life as though it is the last one you have. Try not to hurt others if it can be avoided. Show your love for your family and your appreciation to them. You never know when it might be their last day, and you don't want to have to deal with the guilt of some frivolous slight hanging over you.

Never stop learning. It is only the truly wise person who realizes that they still have much to learn.

Don't presume that just because you "Want" something that it is necessarily what is in your best interest. We cannot see what tomorrow has in store for us, and sometimes it is wise to accept or at least consider someone else's opinion.

Life is a battery of tests preparing you for your purpose. The little, kind things you do are what you will be remembered for.

Patience..... prepare..... be there for others.... and you will eventually see exactly what life is worth living for!

No offense but that is a really stupid question. If you don't know the answer than you need to get your as* off the computer and really sit and think about that for a minute.. Well, more than a minute. How about kids, a career, a wedding......grandkids? You may not think that those things are important to you now... but wait until you get older. Heres another thought for you, Put the Slipknot CD down and pick up something a little more chipper.. You can be a rocker punk whatever without being a typical suicidal teenager. You may think I have no idea but I was there once. Then I had my daughter. Oh and here's some more food for thought..... you are so worried about not following a crowd... well how many other rocker punk chickies do you see cutting themselves? You're still following the crowd honey. And if I am way off... get some help.Or before you know it, you will be just another bloody mess for someone else to clean up, or responsible for the next Colombine.

Life is worth living for the little things. For sunsets, backrubs, eating ice cream, going somewhere new, trying something different, walking barefoot in grass, getting hit with snowballs, getting a message from a friend, and laughing.

There's more, but simple things have to make you happy, if you're happiness is tied to monetary success, material possessions or watching television than you're bound to be depressed.

Its worth living for the unknown, its worth living for to help someone else, it worth the memories of good and bad, the mountain you made it over. It worth passing down a lesson to someone else.. Its worth bring simple smiles to someone in need. It worth the LOVE you have to give and receive.

To see tomorrow. To play with a puppy or hear a child's laugh, to help the innocent and weak who can't stand for themselves. To avenge the wronged and violated. If life sucks for you then I suggest that you go to a shelter for women and children who have been abused and treated cruelly. Go to an old folks home , people are being forgotten and thrown way,go to a VA people who have risked their lives for this country feel and used forgotten too. There are people who have been brutalized and still they find a reason to laugh. Don't be such an EMO and get off your self pitying soap box.

Life is worth living just to tick off the people who would like to see you dead.

Because you get to experience the good with the bad. Nobody said life would always be easy. Hang in there and don't do anything you would regret not being able to take back.

It's like game of cards. Some hands you win, and some hands you lose. It's the pleasure of learning how to play, and over time winning more hands than you lose
