I have not had a period for almost 3 months now.

They are usually always regular.
I have not been under any stress.
I have not gained or lost an excessive amount of weight.
I dont do sports.
I did have unprotected sex about 4 months ago but I've taken several tests and they were negative.

Occasionally I'll get period like cramps and my left ovarian area will ache. i get back aches occasionally and some other kind of pains in my lower abdomen but thats it. its nothing unbearable.

What could be wrong?

Also, i dont have insurance and no one really responds much on here so thats why i keep asking this question.

I decided to post in pregnancy because you guys seem the most knowledgable on periods and such.

Thanks in advance

There could be many causes some serious and some not so serious. You really need to get in to see a doctor.

Could be a hormone imbalance. (sometimes easily fixed w/hormone pills)
Could be something more serious: like a female type of cancer
--Insurance or not, you shouldn't ignore this. Don't mean to scare you, but what if you have cervical, or ovarian cancer? Are you just gonna let yourself die because you don't have insurance?
--Don't know where you live, but most states have county health departments. And they do not charge people who have little or no income or insurance. You should call your local health dept..........even if you just ask to speak with a nurse. She will tell you what to do. Have you researched you area for free clinics? There are so many resources today for low-income people. Check around. (ex. Health dept., Dept. of Human Services) they can tell you what resources are available in your area for you. (if you qualify) If you don't then you should be able to scrape up $40-80 dollars to see a doctor. Isn't your health/life worth that? good luck

I know you don't have insurance but you should go see the doctor. You could have an ovarian cyst or cancer. Not having your period for 3-4 months and not being pregnant is just not good. They have free clinics in some cities, I'd go to one of those.

Sounds like you may have cysts.. or even a tubal pregnancy... could be many different things, hard to say and anyone can guess many different things. You need to go to a free clinic or the emergency room of a county hospital and see if somebody can help you. Don't wait too long.

Maybe you should find a clinic to go to where you don't need insurance and tell them your symptoms and see if they'll do a blood test.
Are you using reputable name brand pg tests? I know most of them say you can test any time of day, but maybe you should wait until your first morning pee to take the home test.

I was three months late before, and the tests show negative. I went to my gyno, got a blood test, and it was positive. If you want to be pregnant now or the near future, you NEED insurance. Why not buy it now?

Best advice is to go see a doctor. There could be something else going on.
