I'd say break it down in to a five paragraph essay form. Do an outline and use that outline for your speech it's an easy way to keep the speech folowing and that way you wont miss any thing that you wanted to speak about.

What do you mean by comm.? Is it commercial? commerce?
What kind of speech? Informative? Persuasive? Argumentative? Demonstration?
