can any of you tell me how i can lose 10-15 lbs before November and how i can tone my body? But i dont want so much muscle that its disgusting! thanks!

One thing that has proven amazingly helpful for me is to make sure you eat within the first 20 minutes that you're awake. Then, you will probably get hungry a few hours later, then a few hours later, and etc. You end up eating the vast majority of your food in the first half of the day, so it's all metabolized when you go to sleep.

I started doing that accidentally just because of my work schedule and I lost a noticeable amount of weight. Also, I felt like I was eating so much, so I didn't feel like I was dieting.

Eat only healthy foods.
Nothing fried; try boiled and grilled instead.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water everyday and NO sweets.
And that should take care of the weight; as far as getting tonned, buy a jump(skipping)rope, 15 to 20 minutes a day skipping does wonders, trust.

if you want to lose just 10 pounds all you have to do is lay off the fatty starchy and sugary foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. walk, and do crunches and maybe lift a few light weights

i would go to the movie rental store and see if they have any "John Bastow" videos..but i wouldn`t do the wight lifting if you want little muscle!!
