My ex wife was raped by her father when she turned thirteen years old, and when I confronted him about it, his response to me was it is my culture!After much research, I have further learned that incest is predominent in some Jewish families. My question is: WHY???????

I was told that the Jews rape their daughters when they turn thirteen years old, and I believe they called it Bar mitz bac??? or some such name.

I can't think of any possible reason for this question to be asked, except for the provocation of it.
Bat Mitzvah is the traditional celebrations of coming up to the age of responsibility and adulthood. It is celebrated for 12 years old girls who read the Torah, get candies thrown at, have a feast and get tons of presents (the matching ceremony for boys is called "Bar Mitzvah, and it is celebrated at the age of 13).
Incest is one of the most forbidden prohibitions in Judaism, and it is one of three commandments that must not broken in any condition. Suggesting that this is the "culture" of the Jews is an outraging idea. You will have to recheck your sources (I mean- if you do care about the subject, and did not post this question just for the sensation).

Your ex-father in law is a psycho and should be in prison!! That said, according to Jewish law, incest is strictly forbidden. Check your sources and where you received the information.

I'm very Jewish and Israeli, i was surrounded by Jews my entire life and never heard of such a thing...
all cultures, religions and beliefs have their rapists, murders, thief's etc...
and that guy was so wrong i just cant believe u think that's true... especially in such a multicultural society.

This is not and never was any part of Judasim and was never practised by Jews. The original poster is just trying to stir up racial emotions.
