Your breast milk is created on a supply and demand system, so to speak. The more frequently your child is at the breast (or you pump), the more milk you will produce. There is nothing that "makes" more milk. Breast milk is produced by a hormone prolactin, however, it is important to drink plenty of liquids and eat a well-balanced diet while breastfeeding.
