I belive that yes, because each year so many people discuss a lot on if it is good to adjust the time or not in the winter.

Diffinately Yes. It gives us vitamins. It also stimulates chemicals in the brain that enhances our mood. It makes us feel better. I know, because the seasons affect my moods, like you would never believe. It's a proven medical fact. It does good things to our brains, as well as our bodies. People buy ultraviolet lights for depression, as well.

yeah, its called something but i cant think of it right now. it says how the sun makes you happier. notice how people are always down when its raining? and happy when its sunny?
