My boyfriend's left testicle is very small compared to his right one. If i touch them it hurts him, they are very sensative. He refuses to go to the doctors. I wanna know whats wrong...can he have kids? does he have cancer?

it's a no brainer, he has to go to the doctor. he should go in case it's serious. It may affect his ability to hve kids later...go to the doc, drag him there if you have to.

nobody here can answer that question. If he doesnt have it taken care of there is a good chance that he will not be able to have kids later in life, but if he is treated early enough this can be avoided. If one is smaller than the other its likely that the larger one is actually swollen and inflamed. He NEEDS to see a doctor, things like this don't go away on their own. If he wont go to a doctor, talk to his parents if he's a minor. He may be angry with you but wouldnt you rather he be angry and healthy?

The ONLY thing you can do to find out is for him to go to the doctor and get it checked out. He needs to get examined for the results to be determined. There's NO way anyone on here could tell you what's wrong. He must go to the doctor!!!! I'll keep you guys in my prayers.
