as far as i know its not, bc your body needs iron. but i could be wrong

Iron is not reactive but a too large amount of Iron Hemachromatosis can be toxic. Also Iron can be measured and something that is called TIBC Total iron binding capacity is part of this. Check with your Dr. if you feel you have too much iron in your body.

Iron is very reactive and enough of anything is toxic, although since it's essential to life I'd have to say it's not generally considered toxic
