Help i am sick , what should i do? :(?
I am having a headache and i can't walk properly. I am weak that i can't even move my body well. ANd my throat hurts, i feel very cold and but my skin is hot. What should i do ? is it good to eat red peppers? Right now there is no doctor, it's 8:15 pm right now. i am at home alone

it could be a number of things, I'd take some Tylenol for the pain, and drink water or gator ade. Sounds like it might be the flu if it continues I'd either go to the ER or get to a doctor in the morning. Especially if you are weak and can't move.

vitamin C and clear fluids.
you obviously have a fever so don't drink alcohol
Take you temp and do it often to see if it is rising to high.
red peppers? well im sure it wont hurt but you would be better off eating some lemon for your throat.
if you see your temp rise steadily call a friend or an ambulance

2 scenarios are possible
Worst one = headache +fever+sore throat+inability to walk = Meningitis, i.e. go to ER Immediatly, jst dont wait.
good scenario= sore throat + mild fever+some headache+some tiredness that make walking a task = just sore throat (streapt or viral) i.e. take some tylenol & throat lozenges.
you decide where you fit.
If headache is SEVERE, plz go to ER immediatly

Take two aspirin, drink plenty of fluids and get in bed...your body can best help itself when you are at rest. It sounds like you have a fever, so don't overdress. I hope you feel better in the morning.

you need to get to an acute care center and get checked out sounds like you are coming (come) down with a throat infection
can you call a friend to take you?

you sound like you have what i'm just getting over. i had bad cold that turned into sinusitis, with post nasal drip, causing sore throat, fever, aches. Try night quil tonight. my dr. says it wont cure it but it will relieve your symptoms. i needed antibiotic. its been 4 days & i'm still recovering.
