I love some of the older songs that were recorded more than five years ago. If you do to, give a list of songs that are at least 5 years old that you still enjoy listening to. Here's my list.

Sometimes When We Touch/ Dan Hill
You Were Meant for Me/ Jewel
Drops of Jupiter/ Train
Emotion/ Bee Gees
Even the Nights are Better/ Air Supply
I Go Crazy/ Bee Gees
All You Wanted/ Michelle Branch

All these people are really legends in their own right. Well, Michelle Branch isn't exactly a legend, but she is young, sincere, and talented

I thought that every single one of those songs sucked even when they first came out. They were forgotten for a reason.

Escape/The Pina Colada Song Rupert Holmes
Wishing Well/Terrence Trent D'Arby
I Want to Know What Love Is/Foreigner
Don't Answer Me/Alan Parsons
You and I/Eddie Rabbit
Just Between You and Me/April Wine
Brilliant Disguise/Springsteen

You want more... I love the older stuff. It's when songwriters had talent and could write lyrics for harmonizing.

Exsqeeze me? You have all of history of not only Rock, R&B, Soul, Jazz, not to mention Country and classical and these are the 5 you pick out? I could rattle of literally thousands of songs I could listen to over and over again for days on end before i'd choose some of those clunkers. I'm sorry, they're not bad...they just aren't quite 'desert island' material...

Well sure. Most people still like many of the songs they grew up liking. Judging by your choices I would say most of my favorites were out before you were born. But hey that's cool, I like new stuff also.
