Not likely but possible . there are absolutely no age restrictions on these things. I have what is known as panic disorder and that can feel very much like one. I also have Supraventricular tacchycardia that feels even more so like one as it is an erratic heart rhythm. It can display all of the symptoms of a Heart attack chest pain ,jaw pain, tightness, profuse sweating ,nausea ,arm pain difficulty breathing etc..... i have recently had more difficulties and a long family history of heart disease. A 2 D echocardiogram was done and I am awaiting the results . Best of luck to you . I am betting that the liklihood is not but you can't be too cautious.

At 22, it is possible to have a heart attack, that is if someone is overweight, diabetic, has a history of high blood pressure and is fatigued. However, on what I observed heart attack does not last for days. Still, get medical attention because this may not be a heart attack but other heart/muscle illness that can still be prevented.

Yes. My father died at 22 as a matter of fact and had three heart attacks before he died. Being a diabetic and using heroin also contributed to his demise.
