If we assume legal immigration, then the answer is 'no'.

But if we are talking about illegal immigration, then the answer becomes a partial 'yes', because the massive amount of illegal border crossing (much of it controlled by criminals) means terrorists have another option to enter our country besides sneaking in under false pretenses...

A terrorist threat is one that is to annihilate people. Immigration is an onslaught of people from a different country.

Let me ask you this.

How would you feel if whoever in your family came to this country from wherever was labeled a terrorist threat?

The term "terrorist threat" is far from "immigration". Get your facts straight. We were all immigrants once.

A terrorist threat means someone or a group of people is threatening to do harm
immigration is just ordinary people trying to come into a country legally to live and work there
