well, I know it decreases swelling maybe you are having some kind of swelling or inflammation

Probably because your headaches are related to soft tissue swelling, and the NSAID reduces that swelling.
most people's migraines are from the blood vessles being compressed, and triptans open them up...

People are different. Some people find that one drug doesn't work for them. Others need lower or larger doses.

i personally think because its an anti inflamatory, Tylenol never seems to work for me even on simple aches and pains.

no body know why some NSAID like ibubrufen works while others (still NSAID) wont.
