I moved on aug 20 and 21 and my daughter was born on the 22. i had no problem lifting light boxes. Of course I was also a great foremen. As long as your healthy and nothing is wrong with your pregnancy do anything you would normally do. I have been told that if you normally ride horses your body is accustomed to that so no problem, on the other hand if you want to go riding for the first time and you're pregnant, not the best idea. Good luck with the move and congrats!!

i personally wouldn't do too much, lifting heavy objects can hurt you or the baby. you already have extra weight in the front you definately don't need the unneccessary weight of moving boxes around. who ever your moving with should understand. Your pregnant for heavens sake !! In this case I would rather be safe then sorry. don't lift anything heavier then you would lift on a normal day. Just go with you gut. If you think you're doing to much, your body will definately let you know. Good Luck

Well everyone will tell you:
Don't do heavy lifting(anything that strains you or is uncomfortable)
-Don't be breathing chemical fumes, like bleach, cleansers, bug sprays, or PAINT (if any of those are around, just be sure to keep ventilated (open windows)
-Don't wear yourself out. It is ok to work, after all preg. is not a terminal disease, but use common sense: When you get tired--SIT DOWN AND RELAX--don't push yourself to do anything.
hope this helps

one don't clean with any household cleaners. The smell can get to you. If you can afford to hire a cleaning team... please do. Try not to lift anything over 20Ibs, bending over for a long period of time is going to give your back a real strain. If you feel tired, sit down and relax, you shouldn't overwork yourself at all. If you are ever out of breathe definately sit down and relax, and most important, drink lots and lots of water. You don't want to get dehydrated while moving.

don't touch paint, household cleaners, or anything with mold, be careful not to lift anything too heavy, and keep in mine your back is more subseptible to injury right now..rest frequently, and drink a ton of water...and as long as you don't over do yourself you should be fine...i moved while pregnant, it was hard, it was even harder doing the unpacking afterwards, long hours sitting on the floor are no good.

Let others do the lifting, unless it is under 10 pounds. Don't use strong chemicals to clean with, like oven cleaner (Even the fume-free one are too strong)

while i grew to become into pregnant with my first infant, I felt him circulate at 17 weeks. i'm assuming that with twins, they might have much less room to circulate around and you may experience it faster. I defined it at a muscle spasm too! It sounds like a twitch, such as you mentioned. Then, as time is going on, it starts to experience like little flicks on your abdomen! Congrats! :)

No heavy lifting, standing too long on your feet or getting too tired.
