As a National Registry EMT my advice to you is to go to the doctor the symptoms could be associated with many things which all are not good ! Red peppers are not a cure-all!!! A doctor can diagnose what is going on may be something as little as the flu or something VERY serious! go get checked out!!!

sounds like you have a fever. Do u have a temperature? get a thermometre and take it. If u dont have a thermometre then just take a cold shower or put a cold washer over your face. You probably have a virus. If you can try and keep ur temperature down you shoud be ok. Drink water!

Sounds to me like you have the flu! I remember last time I had the flu I couldn't sit up or move because I would throw-up. You should get osme flu medicine or call your doctor.
