Yes. I'm watching it on the news right now. It uses it's fins to push itself along the sandy bottom looking for shellfish to eat. It looks like a cross between a catfish and mud skipper.

They have not adapted bones in their fins to walk yet! It would take very srong and very quickly developed bones just to support it on land.
