I don't want to send it back to the company because they are charging me way too much. I don't know if there is any where else I can take it so they can fix it.

Lol, I have the same Mp3 player just with 4 GB, and its getting repaired now so I know about how much it cost, lol. But I think its something with the OLED screen you broke, and probaly cant fix unless you are a tech expert or something so you'll probaly have to unfortunetly.

As much as oyu dont want to, call creative, they are the only ones that ca help you at this point. Sry to say but that problem isnt something Radio Shack Employees (no offense) can fix.

I have a Creative Zen V, and i think their customer service isnt to bad....though it might be differetn 4 u.

That is a bleeding screen, it may cost more to repair it then replace it....

maybe the make and model would help us determine if its worth it.

If you still have the receipt turn it in with the MP3 player.
