I can. I used to do it in elementary school to get attention >.<

Of course I don't do that anymore, but once, there was this thing our town was doing as a drill for the emergency workers in our area. They tipped a bus over behind a school, gave us makeup and stuff to make us look injured and gave us specific injuries and stats. I was a walking wounded but was in the bus when they used the jaws of death (bwah... that was cool) parents had to make the job of the police officers hard on purpose... it was crazy seeing my friend's mom screaming at police offeciers like a lunatic... I forgot the color card that they gave me, but we were the last to go to the hospital (they even brought the helicopter) and while we were waiting and being bored, I made myself cry. People thought I was actually crying and when they figured it out, told me I should get paid to do that, and people I knew from school were telling me they loved me 'cuz they thought I was really crying!

Not if you just say CRY!, but I can eventually, I have gotten very good at it. Its funny though, not many can, they use what is called a tear-stick, and its fake tears. It really burns, they use it backstage at many productions I have been to, I prefer to learn it the good old fashioned way, then I know I have talent!

not "on command" I have to work up to it... the last script I had that required real tears I had four days to work up to it while we shot other scenes. It didn't work too well when I needed to do it... I had to fake it... but later in the day we shot a few pick up's and I got myself into the right emotional state... I had to insist that the director let me do the work of my stand in... so that I could be right there in position, and in the right emotional state of mind... cameras started rolling... director called action... tears started flowing... hell of a close up.

yep

i just use Stanisloski's method of acting and it works miraculously

he basically theorized that by walking and talking and reliving a past emotional experience, we can tap into that energy, and bring it forth (contained) into a performance
