23, my boyfriend who I don't live with just started working days I work nights, so I have no one to say goodnight to or talk to anyone when I get off work, Icant' get to asleep, I worry at night, and miss him. any adivce??

put a little essence of lavender on your pillow it is proven to relax your mind to help you sleep, it also makes you feel more refreshed when you wake up

Try a soothing bath to destress and relax you.
To a very warm tub add:
5 drops of calming chamomile oil
3 drops of stress-relieving Neroli oil
3 drops of naturally calming lavender oil
Add to your tub when filled with the water to prevent loss by evaporation.

You can pick up these oils at any bath, health or speciality stores.
Also use two cooled chamomile tea bags for eye pads as the " Tannis " in the tea acts as a natural soother, or use a warmed gel eye mask ( warmed in hot water).
Also set up scented candles such as " Aveda or Riquad " or an aromatherapy burner, this will allow you to destress even more by inhaling the aromas. Also place lavender scent on your pillows ( you can buy these scents too)
Then a cup of chamomile tea or some non-caffeine hot drink.
Make sure the noise level in your home is cut out and bright lights. If you must wear a night mask to bed.
