I really like going to Applebees as far as chain type restaurants that aren't mcd's or bk. As far as a local joint there is an Italian restaurant here in Houston called Pizzini's. It's on the east end of town. Me and my family have been going there for years!

"The 95th" In the Hancock Building in Chicago. Kinda pricey though. It cost $85 for two meals back in 1980.
