Hi! There are lots of things going on to write about!
-Immigration
-The problems in communication that are giving rise to the Islamic reaction to the Pope's speech. It can be a religious analysis or a communication analysis: the difference between what the Pope said and meant, and what some Muslims heard and reacted to.
-How contractors such as Halliburton are wasting tax-payer dollars in Iraq.
-Madonna's recent performance theme.
Any of these would be good! Better yet, look in the newspaper or on the CNN site and see what topics interest you...then write about it!
