Start of with your foundation- or tinted moisturizer if you want- then dip the tip of your eyeshadow wand into a dark brown- brush it onto your bottom lash line- kind of like eyeshadow, but with a softer effect- do the same thing on your upper lash line- you can also use a navy blue, or a plum for a more dramatic look, if you want to go really dramatic I recommend a bright blue or bright purple, Loreal HIP cosmetics has a great line of bright colors to choose from. Now, if you want to go very simple- you can stop with your eye makeup right there for a very simple and fresh look- if you want to continue- put a lighter shade of eyeshadow up to your brow bone, and then apply a highlighter from your brow bone to your eyebrow. Put on your mascara and curl your eyelashes as usual. Again, you can use whatever color you like- blue, brown- or whatever- don't be afraid to mix and match the colors either!
Then put on a soft blush, and a tinted gloss- and you're done!

I'm very good w/makeup and have a friend w/that coloring and she loves what I do to her. Get a gray colored self sharpening liner. the kind that twists up. Rub a little on the palm of your hand to warm it up so it'll glide on easily. Put close to upper lashes and below lower lashes. Use a light lavender color on the eyelid. That's all you'll need for that. You know what really opens your eyes though? Curl your lashes and put on a coat of mascara and put a little white eyeliner on the inner rim of your eye. This all together really only takes about 5 minutes once you've got the hang of it. Also a little clear gloss on your lips will look nice too. So remember... gray liner, LIGHT lavender shadow, mascara, a curler, white liner and some gloss. Just get lip smackers. It's like 2 bucks and it's shiny. The squeeze kind. Good luck girl! My friend had the same colorings as you and never wore makeup til I did her this way now she wears it all the time!

I've actually been blessed with the same .... dirty blonde, gray-blue eyes, medium/light skin tone.... and I think less is more. I use a light brown to line my eyes, a little mascara, Clinique foundation and a creme bronzer, and a lip gloss that is natural... day or night. If you want to express yourself more, remember to only accenuate one or the other...lips or eyes, not both. That's my 5-minute routine!

easy n cute ??? - check it out first put on your foundation, then dust powder to set foundation, then use violet eyeliner ( light violet ) looks good on all eyes, then a mascara, i recommend loreal in the gray tube ( cant think of the name off the rip ) use the teddy bear brush to thicken and hit all lashes, maybe a light lip gloss or a flavored lip gloss ( candy flavors ) to keep lips soft . too much make up is no ones friend.- also make sure u get your eye brows done it an mess up all your eye make up if u dont - if your brows are really light u might consider shading them with a tawny colored pencil to help give definition

use loreal liquid eyeliner, a dark brown to bring out those blue eyes. After use a dark brown mascara. If you like loreal, they sell a blush that lightly goes over cheeks, I use all loreal stuff, it works real good. Don't use eyeshadow, it will look like too much. If you want a 8 hour light color lip stick.Make sure you don't put any of these make ups on heavy .

Remember that pale eyes are the most versatile, and it also depends on the shape of your eyes, wether they're slanted or not, the shape of your face and your hair style. I would recommend soft eyeliner on the outer side of each eye this is pretty versatile and works on most people. I would recommend experimenting, set an egg timer for 5 minutes and see what you can do in that time. Then compare the results and see what you like the most. And believe me blonde hair looks terrible with pale eyes, try going for a dark brown, you will get a lot more respect from guys etc, and you will look a lot older too!!! Good luck :)

I love to go to marykay.com and use their section called virtual make over. Here it helps me decide what colors would go right with my skin and eye color.
I just simply print it off and go to the store and buy the cheaper make up that matches those colors.
It gives such natural beautiful colors that make me look very pretty yet elegant.
Oh and it also shows how to apply your make-up on correctly!

Apply a bronzer and bright pink lipstick and that is all you really need. For bronzer, I suggest Clinique Sunkissed. For lipstick, any brand that has a hot pink shade will work too.

Roll-on makeup from Target. I think you can get it at Wal-mart too. This is a fast, easy way: roll it on and go! It's what I use and it lasts a long time, too.
