my friend is having a party, and the attire is south beach chic. I need help on how to dress!! Do i wear jean shorts and one of the scarf/tops?! or tight jeans and heels?! HELP!!

It's not a proud costume....but you need a pareo and a attractive top, that's for the beach.
For the evening, a comfortable but luxurious dress.
Sounds similar but are different... beach and ****, don't look like the second word.

Jeans and heels... definitely! Add a pretty silk flower hair clip for that tropical southbeach look. I recommend www.breezybeachwear.com
Their are gorgeous and some even have swarovski crystals!

that style is kind of the miami look as well. a scarf top with a big belt and shorts would look hot. wear you hair long and curly. look at the danity kane video show stopper.

emg hollister shopping spree! ok some hot hollister denim shorts but theyre not selling any right now.. there might be a few like on sale but like not many ok and flip flops and a hot hot hot top like
