Hmmmm. My brother won a paper-airplane building competition (but my dad built the plane.)

He had a plane with wings that bent up at the tips and it was weighted a little at the nose. I say, make a little fuselage out of a thin strip of card, put a piece over the fuselage perpendicularly, maybe put on a little tail (another perpendicular piece, but about a third of the size of the wings) and put a clip on the nose. Experiment from there.
