This phone could be ranked as one of the best for overall voice performance for a lower end phone and relatively simple to use. With all the new gadgets on handsets it is easy to get lost in the camera, mp3, video, GPRS and Blutooth arena. So if you don't need all the gadgets, this is a quality purchase. Good Luck!

I just got one for my ex-wife and she dislikes it because of the size of the buttons and screen. The menu key is very sensitive, if your not right on it and touch one of the sides just a little bit it goes to that option, not the one you wanted of course. But for voice quality and sounds pretty good. No camera on it. If you're looking for a good GSM phone take a look at different stores in your area. They usually carry different phones. I have an LG CU320 UMTS phone, it's a slider and it works great.
